Company Y’s Employee Evaluation Process Company Y provides mobile pet walking and grooming services in a large suburban area. It has a staff of 20 employees who work in pairs, traveling to client locations to provide pet services. The owner of Company Y developed and currently implements the employee evaluation process. The current process entails the following: The manager evaluates all employees annually during the month of July. The manager uses a generic employee evaluation form that includes 10 performance statements assessing timeliness (2 statements), customer service (4 statements), and the quality of services provided (4 statements).
