Based on what you’ve read and discussed in class, would you seek therapy if you were experiencing a problem? Why or why not? If you’ve already undergone therapy, and wish to share, does what you’ve learned influence your feelings about the experience?
Info that needs to be included:
i would seek therapy if i was experiencing a problem, however i believe that anyone can benefit from therapy at any point, not JUST when they’re going through things i have gone to therapy on and off for 8 years and it has been a journey of trying to find a good therapist
